Prisons fail everyone in a civil society- we work with universities that deliver Criminology degrees

Why do Prisons destroy mental health and create re-offending

We have the highest suicide rate in prisons that we have ever had with no real support for rehabilitation from the Ministry of Justice delivery in prisons. Frankie lecturers in Criminology, Sociology and Psychology informing the future of the criminal justice system that

Guest lecturing at Universities to Criminology, Psychology Sociology students on the importance of creativity in prison and how it is crucial to help focus on a positive future.


Professor David Wilson at Birmingham City University used my book as an assessment question for his first year criminology students. I gave a guest lecture and David was overwhelmed by the feedback from the students who really enjoyed the book, the talk and the assignment. 

Dr Paul Hamilton at Nottingham Trent University said "70 students came for a 4pm lecture on the last day of term I was very pleased with the attendance.

He also said "I think it would be fair to say that we all enjoyed Frankie's take on the ability of the prison estate to promote rehabilitation / re-entry. Thought provoking and enlightening"

Ignorance and naivety often exacerbate the trauma that many people experience when they are sent to prison for the first time. Frankie's book The Little Book of Prison is a survival guide for those at the mercy of Her Majesty's pleasure for the first time.
